During the lockdown we realised that all our clients needed body self-management they could use for themselves, and in between the treatments we were giving them. This is something that Dennis has been developing and teaching to his cleints since he started his practise in 1974!

But during the pandemic we realised that these ‘help yourself’ principles were more important than ever - to give people the control and empowerment to care and treat themselves and their family to health NOW.

This system is 50 years in the making and it is our great privilege to be able to share it with you!
